The upshot? A lot of trees died for nothing. There is a 300 page document , but no sanctions or even wrist slaps were recommended. Even so, Palin and her legal team had hoped to postpone this until she was ensconced in office, even then it would detract her from her duties, and heaven knows hers are more important than those of a sitting president.
